Entry & Hallway
As you come in the front door, through the entryway sraight ahead is the pool/deck area. The pool is surrounded by tiles.
A wooden deck extends the length of the house overlooking Marigot Bay with views of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding mountains. The
western portion of the deck is covered by a galvanized roof and Bougainvillea covered trellis.
- Pool/Deck area is 1,200 square feet.
- Pool is 26’ x13’ with a Depth of 5’10” at the deep end and 4’8” in the shallow end.
Master Bathroom & Bath
Of the entryway is the spacious Maser Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, shower and changing room with pool access. Sliding glass doors allow poolside access and views of the bay.
