The Marigot Bay Marina Village at The Marigot Bay Resort and Marina was completed in early 2007 and comprises twelve one and two bed apartments as well as high-end retail and commercial units.
The Marina Village is adjacent to the Marigot Bay Resort and Marina and has access to its restaurants, bars, gym and spa, There are also beach facilities on the other side of the Bay. The hotel has two infinity pools, a swim-up bar, a Rum Cave and a Grill room restaurant. The one and two storey buildings within the Marina Village reflect St. Lucian architectural heritage. They over-look the dock and form a U-shape around a central garden courtyard.

The bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning and large overhead fans.
There is an open plan kitchen and living room. From the living room double doors open on to a balcony which overlooks the court yard and Marigot Bay.

The apartment has One double bedroom, and one twin bedroom which both have en suite shower rooms. They both have views from the bedrooms over the hotel gardens and the bay. There is also a built in closet with a washing machine and dryer.

The Marina Village Apartment Owners and their guests are able to use the fantastic facilities of The Marigot Bay Resort and Marina. This includes two swimming pools and a state of the art gym.
Theses facilities are available without charge, providing their maintenance fees are up to date.
