Cap Pavillion Villa

Cap Pavillion villa is perched atop its own knoll high in Cap Estate, the villa’s location is secluded yet easily accessible. It offers 360 degree views of Cap Estate, Rodney Bay, The Caribbean Sea, Atlantic Ocean and Martinique.

The beautiful Cap Pavillion villa is constructed in an open architectural style from coral stone renderings to suit the ideal way of living in the tropics. Balconies, patios and terraces overlook the sea, and all the main living areas are open, blending into the garden. The house consists of three wings built around a central courtyard. Covered walkways and coral rendered arches connects each area. The large sitting room has louvered French doors that lead to the courtyard. A formal open dining area can seat twelve people.

On the ground floor are 2 en-suite bedrooms and on the first floor are 3 double bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, and en-suite bathrooms. Adjoining one of these rooms is a smaller single bedroom, suitable for an infant. A functional additional room + bathroom is found at the basement level, and suitable as a staff quarters. There is also a casual sitting/games area and two spacious sun decks affording spectacular views and a wonderful place to appreciate the tropical night sky. The full size swimming pool is situated on a lower level and is surrounded by rocks, trees and palms, offering privacy and shade from the sun. A small gazebo is situated near to the pool.

Cap Pavillion sits amongst the rolling hills of Cap Estate between the Atlantic Ocean and the sparkling Caribbean Sea. In close proximity is the Sandals St. Lucia Golf Course, in addition to the Cabot St. Lucia development, currently under construction. The amenities of Rodney Bay are 10 minutes away, and the city of Castries and George Charles Airport 30 minutes heading south.
