Entrance: Through double doors into the spacious open plan living/dinning room. This whole area has a cathedral ceiling and leads directly onto the outside terrace. There is a good sized pool with a sun deck and gazebo. The Kitchen: Spacious kitchen with a central island and storage below. The built-in units and cupboards are all tastefully designed. There is a large range burner with a double oven, butler sink, American style fridge freezer and microwave. From the kitchen there is a laundry area with multiple cupboards, a washer and dryer and ironing area. There is a powder room on the ground floor, and a king size bedroom with an ensuite shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The Master bedroom has private access to a large outdoor sundeck terrace and additional Juliette balcony. To get to the spa bathroom, you pass through a spacious dressing room with built-in storage and safe. Owners pay a monthly service charge of appr. US $1,392 inclusive of garden & pool maintenance, pressure washing of the building, roof repairs, water charges, refuse collection & maintenance of all communal areas; Building insurance (exterior of the unit) is paid on a yearly basis at US $3,500. The content insurance (interior of the unit) is a separate insurance that is taken care of individually.
